Pricing

Our product offerings and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. In case of stock shortage, we will contact you by email or telephone, in order to make separate arrangements if we cannot fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per entity being a person, a business, a household or by order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same client account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on-line. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Circumstances beyond our control

Circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for losses, damages, errors or defects in delivery of a shipment if circumstances beyond our control are established. This shall include:

-force majeure, namely : earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, wars, road accidents, train and aircraft accidents, embargos, pandemics, etc.;

– any act, defect or negligence by any third party, for example: the consignor, the consignee, any interested third party, any customs or other administration employee, postal services, any carrier or other third party to whom entrusted by our transport provider, to serve sectors not served directly by itself, even if the sender has not requested or been informed of the use of a third party. 

You declare that you have read and accepted the above before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of Sale.

Your order will only be confirmed after payment has been made online. We will send you an acknowledgment.

No payment at delivery is possible unless agreed upon in writing.

The validation of your purchase order by clicking on “confirm order” will be worthy of full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

As of the acceptance click above, the order is considered irrevocable and cannot be questioned or cancelled unless we received a written response in the 3 hours after you approved the order.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services and products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
